Not quite how we do it at the restaurant, but a great super quick recipe from the home kitchen of Green’s owner Brad. Green Peppercream Sauce isn’t as strong as a Black Peppercorn Sauce, but is much more luxurious and so simple to make.


Brad, makes an easy Carpaccio of Beef from his home kitchen. Great for a dinner party starter. Once trimmed all wastage can be used for another Carpaccio. 
Don't chuck a chuck. Grilled lightly, this can be a great steak, especially with a quirky garnish!
